New FTEX controller, available as standard or in IoT for more autonomy and technology.
Size Chart
Small: For individuals between 5’0” and 5’6”
Medium: For individuals between 5’5” and 6’2”
Its universal frame makes it easier to mount, regardless of your flexibility level.
Shipping and Handling
We typically ship your bike or accessories within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. We generally use UPS or Dicom for shipping.
Your bike, carefully packaged, will arrive in a large brown box. All that’s left is to follow the assembly guide or watch our YouTube videos to complete the setup of your ride.
Our Various Warranties
Basic Warranty:
All our bikes come with a 3-2-1 warranty:
- Three years on the frame
- Two years on the battery
- One year on the entire bike
The warranty also covers transportation costs and labor.
