Shipping policy

We usually ship your item within 1-2 business days. Once we have processed your order, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number. We usually use UPS or Dicom for shipping.

Your bike will arrive in a large brown box. All you have to do is follow the instruction manual or our YouTube videos to assemble the bike.

Orders over 100$ will be eligible for free delivery, otherwise delivery will be charged at 20.00$.

In the event of a return, If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipment tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance.We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

*It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the bike is properly packaged.If the product suffers damage during the return process due to improper packaging, or if items are missing from the box, this will be at the customer's expense and will be reflected in a 10% return fee on the order refund, in addition to the value of the missing part(s).

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

As soon as we receive your order, we prepare the shipment for collection by the carrier. UPS or Dicom then takes over.

QC/ON: 1 -2 working days

MB/SK: 3- 4 working days

BC/AB: 4 - 5 working days

NB/NS/PE/NL: 4 - 5 working days

YT/NT/NU: Delivery depends on location. Additional charges may apply. If this is the case, we will contact you directly.
