Quick and easy loading and unloading of all types of bicycle and electric bike. Patented telescopic bicycle arms with swivel support and steel-reinforced straps attach to the bike frame or rear wheel.

High load capacity

High load capacity of 34 kg (75 lb)/bike and maximum load capacity of 64 kg (140 lb) allow transport of heavy e-bikes.

Generous bike spacing

The generous 25 cm (9.8 in.) distance between each bike reduces the risk of bike-to-bike contact.

Made for long wheelbases

Ultra-long wheel supports make it easy to transport long-wheelbase bikes up to 1350 mm (53 in.) in length

Easy attachment of wide tires

Wheel straps with adjustable locking fasteners easily secure tires up to 3.2" in size (tires up to 5" in size with accessory sold separately)

Safety locks

Off-road use

This product is intended for use on public and private roads, including off-road paths such as gravel roads, forest service roads and access roads. See definition in safety instructions

RV travel

This product is approved for travel in motorized RVs with reduced load capacity. It is essential to follow the 40% load reduction guidelines provided in the fitting instructions for safe, optimum performance.
Shipping and Handling

We usually ship your bike or accessories within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number by e-mail. We usually use UPS or Dicom for shipping.

Your bike, carefully packed, will arrive at your door in a large brown box. All you have to do is follow the assembly guide or our Youtube videos to finalize the assembly of your bike.

Our different warranties

All our bikes come with a 3-2-1 warranty: three years on the frame, two years on the battery and one year on the whole bike. The warranty also covers shipping and labour.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to exchange or have your bike refunded. To do so, please contact customer service by e-mail at support@ebgo.ca.
